H.R.4377 To extend the time required for construction of a hydroelectric project, and for other purposes.
The license to granted to build the Arrowrock Hydroelectric Project in Idaho may soon expire requiring a lengthy re-licensing process. This bill would extend the license for three years if it is still an active license when the bill is enacted or reinstate for three years the license if it expires before the bill is enacted.
