H.R.53 To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a long-term lease with the Government of the United States Virgin Islands to provide land on the island of Saint John, Virgin Islands, for the establishment of a school, and for other purposes.
The Secretary of Interior is authorized to lease to the government of the US Virgin Islands a parcel of real property and any improvements within the boundaries of the Virgin Islands National Park in the island of St John. The USVI government intends to build a school there.
The lease is for 99 years.
