H.R.3703 To amend section 5112(p)(1)(A) of title 31, United States Code, to allow an exception from the $1 coin dispensing capability requirement for certain vending machines.

 

Vending machines must take $1.00 US coins but not vending machines that do not receive currency denominations higher than $1 or that dispense $1 coins.

 

Sponsor:  Rep. David Scott (VA-13th)

Vote: Passed House by voice vote November 13, 2007
