Presidential Notice Continuation of the national emergency with respect to Iran.
A threat to US national security, foreign policy and the economy regarding Iran was established in a 1979 Executive Order. In 1981 agreements were begun with Iran and are yet to be implemented. In that light, the President is continuing the status through November 14, 2007
