BRIEF

  The bill would authorize the transfer of ownership of 171 acres of US land located on the Sebastian Martin Land Grant in the vicinity of Alcalde, Rio Arriba County, New Mexico to County of Rio Arriba in New Mexico. The land must allow public use or title will revert to the US.
