S.166 A bill to amend the Oregon Resource Conservation Act of 1996 to reauthorize the participation of the Bureau of Reclamation in the Deschutes River Conservancy, and for other purposes.
BRIEF
The bill would make some small changes to existing law. The current Deschutes River Basin Working Group would become the Deschutes River Conservancy Group, a quorum for the group would require 8 members present and the level of funding would be authorized at $2 million yearly through 2015.
