H.R.4326 To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to enter into a contract for the nuclear refueling and complex overhaul of the U.S.S. Carl Vinson (CVN-70).

BRIEF

   The bill would allow spending limits to refuel with nuclear power and for overhauling the USS Carl Vinson. Additional spending this year or next would require an authorization act and an appropriation act of Congress.
