H.R.3981 To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out certain land exchanges involving small parcels of National Forest System land in the Tahoe National Forest in the State of California, and for other purposes.

BRIEF

   The Secretary of Agriculture may acquire land from Irving N. Christensen from the area southwest of California State Highway 49, northeast of the highway and northeast of the North Yuba River by exchanging US interest in a parcel of National Forest System land in Tahoe National Forest.

   The Secretary may also acquire land from Dennis W. and Cindy M McCreary in the same area in exchange for other US property in the Tahoe National Forest.
