S686 / Public Law 109-3 to provide for the relief of the parents of Theresa Schiavo (allowing them to take to a Federal court the matter of removing her feeding tube. A Florida court ordered the tube removed, the parents didn't accept that decision and wanted the federal court to hear the case. Congress complied with the parents wish.
