House Concurrent Resolution 86 authorizing the use of the Capitol Grounds for the Greater Washington Soap Box Derby.

BRIEF

   Permits the Greater Washington Soap Box Derby Association to sponsor soap box derby races as a free public event on the Capitol grounds on June 18, 2005.

   The event is the final level of competition for those who raced around the country.

   The event must be free of charge, can not interfere with the needs of Congress and the expense and responsibility rests with the Greater Washington Soap Box Derby Association.
