To adjust the boundary of Lowell National Historical Park, and for
other purposes. The Lowell National Historical Park in the Lowell, MA is expanded to include five parcels of land adjacent to the park’s existing boundaries. The parcels are 91 Pevey Street, a portion of 607 Middlesex place, Eagle Court, a portion of 50 Payne Street and 726 Broadway all located in the City of Lowell.
