Presidential determination 2007-22 partial resumption of travel to Lebanon to promote peace and security.

 

Prohibition of transportation services into Lebanon began in 1985 and was amended through the years. This Determination permits US air carriers under contract to the US government to engage in foreign air transportation to and from Lebanon of passengers, including US and non-US citizens, and their baggage. Humanitarian goods and other cargo or materiel are also allowed on the carriers as well.
