H.R.4416 To reauthorize permanently the use of penalty and franked mail in efforts relating to the location and recovery of missing children.
Legislators have accounts paying for their official business mail and fines are in place if that privilege is abused. The bill extends permanently a revision in the regulations governing use of such ‘franked’ mail to allow it to be used to try to locate and recover missing children.
