H.R.50 To reauthorize the African Elephant Conservation Act and the Rhinoceros and Tiger Conservation Act of 1994.
This bill would provide funds to the US Fish and Wildlife Service to spend in Africa with the aim of preserving the African elephant, the Rhinoceros and the Tiger as established in a 1994 Act. The spending is authorized under a provision in the 1994 Act that aids the preservation of multinational species through research and conservation programs.

Don Young (R-AK) Vote: Passed House by voice vote July 23, 2007 Cost to the taxpayers: CBO estimates that implementing H.R. 50 would result in additional spending of $68 million over the 2008-2012 period.
