H.R.1979 To require any Federal or State court to recognize any notarization made by a notary public licensed by a State other than the State where the court is located when such notarization.

 

State courts are directed to recognize notarization of document regarding interstate commerce even if the notary is from a different State. The notary seal must be used and if the document is an electronic record the seal information must be attached to or logically associated with the electronic record in a tamper-resistant fashion.
