H.R.1285 To provide for the conveyance of a parcel of National Forest System land in Kittitas County, Washington, to facilitate the construction of a new fire and rescue station, and for other purposes.
The Secretary of Agriculture is directed to convey a parcel of National Forest land to the King and Kittitas Counties Fire District # 51. The Districts will use the property for new Snoqualmie Pass fire and rescue station.
The land is approximately three acres. I the land is not used for the stated purpose, title reverts to the US. If the land has to be surveyed the District will pay for it. Additional terms can be added and the US has unrestricted access to the land.
The land is identified as being within NW 1/4 ,SW 1/4 ,SE 1/4 of section 4, township 22 north, range 11 east, Willamette meridian.
