H.R.5061 To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey Paint Bank National Fish Hatchery and Wytheville National Fish Hatchery to the State of Virginia.

The State of Virginia has a fish culture program that will benefit from this bill’s effort to transfer at no cost the right, title and interest of the US government in the Paint Bank National Fish Hatchery and Wytheville National Fish Hatchery to the Virginia Department of Fish and Game.

If any of the property conveyed is used for any purpose other than by the Virginia Dept of Fish and Game, fish culture program the property and all rights will revert to the US and Virginia must ensure the property is returned in the same or better condition than when received y the state.
