S.706 A bill to convey all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in this Act to the Secretary of the Interior for the Prairie Island Indian Community in Minnesota.

                                                                                         

BRIEF

   The bill directs the Secretary of Army to convey all rights and title to the Secretary of Interior, land to be held in trust for the Prairie Island Indian community of Minnesota.

   The land can not be lived on, gambled on or built on without permission.

  Certain easements remain intact and Minnesota still owns the lake bed.

Cost to the taxpayers: land is transferred between government agencies.
