H.R.3332 To provide an extension of highway, highway safety, motor carrier safety, transit, and other programs funded out of the Highway Trust Fund pending enactment of a law reauthorizing the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century.

BRIEF

   The House and the Senate are reportedly getting close to finalizing negotiations on the highway spending bill that would distribute highway trust fund dollars to the States. This bill extends finding for ongoing projects at previous levels until the overriding bill is passed.
