Whenever lawmakers runs afoul of the laws they make, there is much ado about reform. In the case of discredited lobbyist Jack Abramoff Congress is bustling about with all sorts of ideas on how to reform the system that provides them with the money they need to be reelected.
Of course, they don't want to cut off the money, just find ways to stop the corrupt use of the systems and laws that provide it. Lobby Reform: Nothing is Likely to Change
