S.4092 A bill to clarify certain land use in Jefferson County, Colorado.

 

Any person that holds an approved Federal Communications Commission permit to construct or install, maintain, modify, use repair or consolidate either a digital television broadcast station antenna or tower or both, on Lookout Mountain in Jefferson County, Colorado may do so. The antennal or tower must be the same height or lower that the tallest existing analog broadcast antenna or tower at the location.
