H.R.4195 To authorize early repayment of obligations to the Bureau of Reclamation within Rogue River Valley Irrigation District or within Medford Irrigation District.

BRIEF

The US Bureau of Reclamation provides water to Oregon’s Rogue River Valley, Talent and Medford water districts through contracts with BOR providing that the districts repay BOR for the cost to build the facilities that provide the water. The bill simply provides that landowners in all the districts can repay the cost to BOR in advance.
