H.R.3206 To provide for an additional temporary extension of programs under the Small Business Act and the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 through December 15, 2007, and for other purposes.
Some authorities of the Small Business Administration established in a 2006 Act are to expire on July 31, 2007. This bill extends those authorities until December 15, 2007.
This bill is typical of customary 6 month extensions for programs that are slated to be reviewed in larger legislation at a later date.
