H.R.2863 To authorize the Coquille Indian Tribe of the State of Oregon to convey land and interests in land owned by the Tribe.

 

The bill authorizes the Coquille Indian Tribe of the State of Oregon to transfer. Lease, encumber or otherwise convey all or any part of the Tribe’s interest in any real property not held in trust by the US. The authorization does not apply to any lands acted on before January 1, 2007.

 

The US is not liable to any party to the matter authorized.
