S.RES.128 A resolution to authorize testimony, document production, and legal representation in United States v. Philip G. Balcombe, Sansi G. Coonan, John S. Dear, Jan Lustig, Michella A. Marusa, Martin J. Ryan, Eleanore M. Vouselas, and Bruno Keller.

 

Members of the staff of Senator Pete Domenici (R-NM) are authorized to testify and produce documents in the case of The United States v. Philip G. Balcombe, Sans G. Coonan, John S. Dear, Jan Lustig, Michella A Marusa, Martin J. Ryan, Eleanore M Vouselas and Brunno Keller.

 

Legal counsel for staff member Maggie Murray and other Domenici staff members is also authorized. The case I pending in the federal district court in Albuquerque, New Mexico (No 07-207)
